On an older chassis, flush suspect fluid and inspect hard lines, flexible hoses, caliper sliders/pistons and master-cylinder behavior before fitting larger components. A seized rear caliper or internally damaged hose can create imbalance that looks like a pad or alignment problem.

After changes, perform controlled bedding and progressive stops while monitoring pull, pedal travel, vibration and leaks. Reinspect fasteners and hose routing with the suspension at steering lock and travel; a brake hose must never become a limiting strap or tire-contact point.
